Black Hill Farm
Welcome to the “Agrihood”
The City’s first and only master planned community, Black Hill Farm, currently has available houses under construction in Phase 1. I-35 to Develop New Retail Center
The new retail center will be located at the Northeast corner of I-35 and Highway 82. The planned 6.5 acres is set to include office complexes, restaurants, and retail opportunities.
Luxury Downtown Apartments
Liberty Apartments, located just south of the civic center, has begun construction. The apartments will serve as additional living space in the historic area within walking distance of downtown shops, restaurants and walking trails. The first section of these market-rate apartments are scheduled to open March 2017.
